Transforming a 4200 square foot house on Hollywood Blvd into a fun and colorful Airbnb! My goal was to create a space that not only stands out from the competition but also makes guests feel at home while experiencing the vibrant energy of Hollywood FL. The challenge of this project was creating an open-space kitchen that could accommodate a large group of guests at once. To achieve this, I designed a spacious kitchen with an island that serves as a focal point and a hub for socializing. The kitchen features modern appliances and a big dining table that can seat up to 12 people comfortably. The open layout also allows for easy flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. In addition to the kitchen, I updated all of the bathrooms to give them a more clean and modern look. To add a playful touch, I used fun wallpapers with Miami vibes in each bedroom, creating a unique experience for guests. To make this property stand out on Airbnb, I decided to use bold blue colors as a focal point throughout the space. From the accent walls in the bedrooms to the throw blanket in the living room, the blue hues draw the eye and create a cohesive design that feels both playful and sophisticated. Overall, my goal for this project was to create a space that captures the essence of Hollywood - fun, colorful, and full of energy. I'm thrilled with the results and confident that guests will love the experience of staying in this unique and memorable property.
